Setting up email in Windows

Webmail

Since the introduction of GDPR we now advise all council members to access their council email using webmail. For this you simply need to enter your Parish or Town council URL into a web browser followed by /webmail

For example: Anytownpc.org/webmail

From there you will be able to access your email using your email address and password. We recommend that you remove any IMAP email accounts relating to your parish council address from your devices. You can see the article that we published about this here https://parishcouncilwebsites.org.uk/ensuring-parish-councillors-email-accounts-comply-with-gdpr/
