We were carrying out our annual budget review for the Parish Council and we considered different suppliers as part of the process. The guys at Netwise were extremely helpful in identifying the difference in their offerings compared to other web hosts. Once the Council understood how Netwise offer a bespoke service offering to Parish Councils, they had no hesitation in renewing the contract. If any council is thinking if switching suppliers I would strongly advise that they contact Netwise beforehand to establish the full extent of their service offering.
So pleased with our new website! I was a little concerned that we wouldn’t be able to create a community feel in addition to the Parish Council areas but we have. Our new website is packed full of information, easy to navigate and looks really professional. We have been using NetWise to supply and maintain our Parish Council website for a year now. The process for setting up was simple. Training was by easy to use video clips and support via email for even the simplest questions are answered very promptly and without any judgement.
A very positive experience and highly recommended. An “off the shelf” council website makes obvious sense; as best said by themselves on their website: “Why reinvent the wheel?” . The website is a generic template based on years of specialist insight supporting and responding to the needs of many small councils. It can be used “as is” straight out of the box but, should you wish to, be enhanced and added to with additional features and functionality.
The short tutorial videos are the ideal means to provide the “how to” for all those common council admin tasks relating to the admin of the website. This company are professional trainers and that is reflected in these videos.
