Training

Update – May 2020

Following the COVID19 restrictions we’ve now successfully moved our training online. This is now included in the annual fee. We use Zoom for training sessions as it allows us to share our desktop to your screen and vice versa. In addition, we have a series of short tutorial videos that most of our clients find incredibly useful. Most don’t even need additional training after watching the videos. Moving forward, all training will now be delivered by Zoom. We’ve left the rest of the page content intact in the interests of transparency.

Training Facilities & Options

We offer a range of training options for parish councils and smaller authorities to ensure that you are fully-equipped to maintain and update your website effectively.

We are based in Liverpool, where we deliver training courses from our excellent training facility at Business First in Speke.  We also offer training courses throughout the UK if you prefer a location more convenient to you.

Alternatively, we also offer in-house training at your own premises, providing you have access to a reliable wifi connection.

Hands On & Interactive

During the day, you will be working on your own website. We will guide you through all the features available, ensuring that you leave feeling confident about updating and maintaining it in the future.

Ongoing Support

Following the course, you will have access to our exclusive members area on our website, providing access to a wide range of training videos and tutorials. We also offer full support via our support forum and will be happy to help you with any issues should they arise.
