Set up fees are a one off payment to cover the cost of website creation.

Annual costs are payable in advance and include secure UK hosting, maintenance, software updates, training and ongoing support

Email Accounts
*~ Unlimited email addresses (webmail) are dependant on the amount of disk space used for each email account. Webmail disk space is included the total amount of disk space allocated to the account as stated above. You are of course free to continue using your own email system should you wish.
As a guide when choosing a package, you should calculate that on average each email address will use 1GB of space. (usually the clerk and chair use more email disk space than other council members but it averages out at around 1gb per email account) On that basis, if you require more than 5 email addresses then we’d advise choosing the Premium Plus package as this allows you to use our FlexMail system (Similar to 365 but 60% lower in price) see below.
±* FlexMail is our professional email system that works very similar to popular email systems such as MS 365. Our Premium Plus plan comes with ten email addresses each with a huge 10GB of storage space in addition to aliases and a further 5GB of document storage for each account. If you need more than ten email addresses then you can add as many as you like to your order, the cost of any additional email addresses is £2 per month per email address, paid annually at £24. This represents incredible value. More email addresses can be added at any time. We can even assist in migrating from your current email provider at no extra cost.
Flex mail is loaded with great features and allows the Clerk to easily add, suspend and manage all the email accounts from one simple control panel.

Virtual Private Servers
We are able to offer VPS servers for larger local authorities. These are ideal for those councils with more than 15 email addresses and who meet more than once per month. Our dedicated server prices start from £1420 per annum. Set up costs are the same as the Premium Plus plan.
Domain Names
We are able to supply domain names should you require one at an additional cost including gov.uk domains. You can read more about ordering a gov domain here
Hosting is included in all the above annual charges, should you wish to host the site yourself then you are free to do so although the above annual charges will still apply for mandatory, support and updates.
